There are two different levels of the exam; the first covers the basic skills of law and the second covers the complex skills. The first covers general knowledge about the law and some of the technical skills that are needed for a successful pass. If you think you have all of these skills then you are ready to go. The second level covers more advanced information that is very difficult for an average person to understand.
The test consists of about 400 case study questions and is divided into four sections. There is a short section and there is an extended version. The key is to not focus too much on them and to concentrate on the more advanced level if you think you are prepared for it. I would recommend that you do the exam before you go to a law school. You will have a better understanding of the courses that they are giving you. After you have passed the exam then you need to get yourself some case study books. These are easy to find in every law library and book store. The first one is the free case study book. This one contains the short outline that you need to read.
The next book is the longer course. It will give you a full explanation of the exam and cover the topics that will be tested on the exam. This book is best if you are taking the longer course.
The third book is the reading material. It is pretty similar to the short book but covers all the subjects that were not covered in the short course. It’s important that you understand the meaning behind the words so that you can have an easier time understanding the case studies when you take the final exam. I found that the online versions of the books that are available contain all the reading material.
So, now you have your case study book, you are ready for your first practice exam. You will be given a question and you will have twenty minutes to answer it. so try to answer as many questions as you can, but be sure that you can answer them accurately.
The last step in the process is the actual exam. This part is not as challenging as the first two steps. If you are confident about answering the case study questions correctly, then this step will not take long for you. All that you need to do is simply answer the question and wait for the grade to appear on your screen.
If you do a practice exam for your first exam, you will find that you are ready in no time. The first part of the exam is fairly easy. Then, after that you will start to feel that pressure to answer the more difficult ones. You will start to understand the concepts and how to apply them to real life cases.
